Return Policy

Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received, in its original packaging with all accessories included.

If original packaging is unavailable, please pack your item securely with a replacement box to ensure it’s well protected. The return address will be included on the return label.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

⚠️ Purchases made during promotional sales are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.

  • Product doesn’t look exactly like the photo Handmade items can only match 90–95% of the reference image β€” minor variations are natural.
  • Yellowing or discoloration of the nail Due to the adhesive nature of press-on nails, slight yellowing may occur over time and is not considered a defect.
